Firm founder Dan Gerash is the son of a well-known Denver defense attorney Walter Gerash. With criminal defense attorney E. Richard (Rick) Toray, and a staff of skilled legal professionals, we offer effective trial services for clients throughout Colorado in civil and criminal court. Our affiliated law office in Glenwood Springs is staffed by Of Counsel attorney Walter Brown III. He brings over 32 years of experience to casework in Aspen and the Roaring Fork valley.

Medical experience

Our Colorado personal injury attorneys provide highly skilled representation for victims of serious injury and medical malpractice. We work closely with attorney, Eric Steiner, who is also a medical doctor.
